We help companies, large and small, assemble government sales, proposal teams, and the technical professionals with the skill and operations management expertise to win federal government contract bids, from initial bid support assembling the proposal team, key management selection and placement, support staff selection and ramp up - and ensuring all the staffing requirements are met for the actual "go live" operational execution of the contract. Our services are offered either on a retained, hourly contract, or contingency basis. As a candidate you pay no fee or service charge, it's paid for by the hiring company. Searchco, LLC seeks candidates with previous management or technical experience either from the private or public sectors that have an active security clearance (preferred) to work in sensitive positions supporting the various functions of our nation's government, mainly on DOD, defense, and GSA federal contract opportunities. Competing successfully in the federal contracting marketplace requires companies to attract and hire the appropriate talent to fill their needs. Assembling a team with the right qualifications, experience, and personal characteristics may make your task seem daunting. Coupled with your deadline, the task seems impossible. Since we are seeking the best candidates, it's common for us to work with individuals who are not actively seeking a new position. We reach the people who never have to answer a "help wanted" advertisement.
