Tips on Approaching the Must Haves The "Must Haves" in a job description are the critical elements our client requires via education, experience and credentialing, to be successful at this position. As you review each requirement ensure that you list all quantitative and substantive abilities, experience and credentials that distinguish you as the most qualified candidate for this position.
