Searchco, LLC agrees to conduct an exclusive search for qualified candidates to fill the position of (title of position). The estimated midpoint of this position is (dollar amount).

The TOTAL service charge will be thirty-three (33) percent of the anticipated first year's compensation including base salary, bonus and incentives. 

A RETAINER is invoiced in the amount of $______(dollar amount), payable upon receipt. The balance of the service charge is due upon the successful completion of the search, and the employment of a referred candidate.

Searchco, LLC guarantees the candidate for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of hire, and should the employee terminate for any reason within that period of time, Searchco will refund the fee, or will dedicate its full resources to the vacated position and identify a replacement qualified to perform similar duties at no additional cost to the client. Information provided to you by the candidate and other sources, directly or through us, has not been independently verified by Searchco, LLC.

This agreement entered into and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. CLIENT may cancel this agreement at any time, in which case the retainer would not be refunded. If any candidate already presented by Searchco, LLC at the time of termination later enters into a service relationship with the CLIENT, either as a (Individual, Independent Contractor, Consultant, or Corp. to Corp.), the balance of the service charge will be due and payable when the candidate starts.  Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.  

It will be necessary during this period to keep lines of communication open. We will be communicating regularly to update you as to our efforts and will expect timely feedback from those within your organization during this process.
